SOLID 10K YELLOW GOLD MASONIC DIAMOND RING ~ SIZE 8 1/2

Description

This is a Vintage Solid 10K Yellow Gold Masonic Diamond Ring.  I recently acquired this at a local auction.  It is clearly marked 10K on the inside of the band as pictured.  The ring is done in plain Yellow Gold with a bright polished finish.  The top has a White Gold Masonic Double Head Eagle holding a prong set Round Cut Genuine Natural Diamond weighing approximately 0.25ct.  The sides are accented with enamel decorated Masonic Symbols (some minor enamel loss) as pictured.  The ring has a sizing bar to the interior making it a size 8 1/2.  The ring weighs 10.8 grams on my digital postal scale.

Vintage/Antique 10K Ladies Order of the Eastern Star Yellow Gold Ring Size 8 1/2
Order of the Eastern Star is the sisterhood with entrance only through the Masons.
The stones have a nice clarity and color. The 12 white stones (a symbol of the 12 tribes?) could be diamonds as are they are well set in the gold. The center stone is thought to be peridot (?) and under each symbol on each star arms are gemstones (?): red, yellow, white, blue, and green. Each color and symbol have a meaning.
This is a very old, one-of-a-kind ring and cannot be duplicated  due to the cost of workmanship.
It is hallmarked inside with 10K and a Crown. The crown is a symbol of purity thus pure 10K.
It is in very good condition, light signs of wear.
