Stained glass product has been protected with mineral oil as part of the finishing process. Please use a soft dry cloth to remove any excess oil.

As most of our items are purchased from estate sales and auctions, they are considered pre-owned and we do not speak to previous owner environments such as smoke or pets in our listings.  If we've miss something, please contact us with the same courtesy you would expect in return. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated and rudeness is not tolerated. We are easy to work with, but will be firm and fair.  If your item arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and provide photos of the damage.  Please do not fix, alter, repair the item, then expect a partial or full refund after the fact. This is against eBay and my own policy. If an item arrives damaged, you agree to take photos of the item and the packaging. These are REQUIRED for all Postal Insurance Claims.
