This beautiful ring has been somebody’s prized possession at some time! A stunning ring, which is composed of Solid Sterling Silver, and has the marks ‘STER’ for Sterling Silver and ‘Made in USA’ within the band. It’s actually in very good condition for its age which I believe is from the Art Deco period of the 1920’s-1940’s. Although it’s not the condition or age that makes it a very rare Masonic ring, it’s the fact that it’s Square & Compass are in the FC position. This was quite rare even back in those days. I actually have no idea what that means, but my Freemason Husband assured me that it’s rare! And from doing some research online, it sure is a rare bird indeed! A rare piece that came from the Secretaries drawer of a now defunct Lodge in Kentucky. Don’t ask me which one though, I didn’t receive that information. It’s about size 7 3/4 and size P 1/2 in Countries that use that sizing, UK, Australia and NZ etc. it weighs just under 5 grams! A wonderful piece of Historic Freemasonry to add to any Masonic collection or Museum.

OTE: This ring is not to be worn by FC. Apparently in some States, this type of ring was the norm. Still an extremely rare ring!
This is a Vintage Solid 10K White Gold and Synthetic Sapphire Masonic Ring.  I recently acquired this at a local auction.  It is clearly marked 10K and has a Maker's Mark that we do not recognize all on the inside of the band as pictured.  The ring is done in plain White Gold with a bright polished finish.  The top holds a rectangular cut Synthetic Sapphire measuring 10mm by 8mm (please note; the Synthetic Sapphire is in a Gold Closed Back setting giving it an appearance more like a Black Onyx Stone rather than a Blue Sapphire.  The center of the stone is inset with a white gold and blue enamel decorated Masonic Symbol as pictured.  The ring is a size 9 1/4 and weighs 7.6 grams on my digital postal scale.
